How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
All Always Faithful products are custom-made to order. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way. Delivery times vary by location, but most customers receive their order within 7–14 days.
Which Countries Do You Ship To?
Always Faithful currently ships to Canada and the United States. All orders are printed and shipped locally within your country whenever possible to ensure faster delivery.
Where are your products made?
Every Always Faithful item is made to order—created specifically for you when you purchase. Our blank products are sourced from trusted manufacturers in countries around the world, including Canada and the USA. All printing and embroidery is proudly done at facilities in Canada and the United States, ensuring quality and care in every piece.
Why don’t the colors on my product look exactly like they do on my screen?
Colors can appear differently on different devices because computer, tablet, and mobile screens display colors in RGB mode, which is very bright and optimized for screens. Our products are printed using CMYK, which can result in slightly less vibrant colors.
We always strive to ensure our product images are as true-to-life as possible, but please note that slight variations may occur depending on your device’s display settings.
What sizes are available and how do I choose the right one?
All Always Faithful clothing items come in standard sizes, which are listed for each product. Please check the available sizes on the product page and refer to the included sizing chart in the description to ensure the best fit. If you have questions about sizing or fit, feel free to contact us and we’ll help guide you.
How should I care for my Always Faithful clothing?
To keep your apparel looking its best, we recommend machine washing inside-out on cold, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly on printed or embroidered designs to preserve quality.
Are your prints and embroidery durable?
Yes! Our products are printed and embroidered with high-quality inks and threads, designed to last through many washes while maintaining color and detail. Following our care instructions ensures the longest life for your items.
When will I be charged for my order?
Payment is processed at the time of purchase. Your statement will show the charge as “Always Faithful by 7Heartsgraphix.” Once your order is confirmed, we’ll begin creating your custom item right away (see our Shipping Information for production and delivery details).
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because every product is made to order, we are not able to cancel or change orders once they are placed. If you have questions or special circumstances, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
What is the Return Policy?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Always Faithful. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us right away before sending anything back. We’ll ask for a few details (photos are usually required), and once we review them, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement.
Because every product is made to order, we’re not able to accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind. That said, we know every situation is unique, and we’ll always do our best to work with you toward a resolution.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package and estimate delivery times. For more details, see our Shipping Information page.
Do you offer bulk or church group orders?
Yes! We are happy to work with churches, ministries, or other groups for bulk orders. Please contact us to discuss your needs and explore custom options.
How does Always Faithful share the gospel through your products?
Our mission is to share the message of Jesus through stylish, scripture-focused apparel. Each design is created to inspire conversation and encourage faith, whether through scripture references, uplifting messages, or ministry-focused collections.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we currently ship within Canada and the United States. At this time, we are not able to offer shipping outside of these regions.
