All products are custom-made just for you. Typically, orders are delivered within 7-14 days of placement. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships, usually within 2-4 days of purchase.

Shipping is currently offered to Canada and the USA.

All of our products are manufactured for you specifically when you order. The blank products themselves are manufactured in many countries around the world including Canada and the USA. WE ARE VERY PROUD THAT ALL THE PRINTING AND EMBROIDERY IS APPLIED AT FACILITIES IN CANADA AND THE USA.

Payment is processed at time of purchase. It will show up as "Always Faithful By 7Heartsgraphix"

DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us if you recieve an item that is misprinted/damaged or defective. Once we have the required information (photos are typically required) we will assist with item replacement. All of our products are made on demand when you order, for this reason we do not accept returns for any other reason. Feel free to contact us regarding any other issues or concerns you may have as we will do our best to work with you on a resolution.

Computer, tablet and mobile phone screens display color in RGB mode. The is very vibrant and optimized for those screens. Also depeneding on the individual settings of each screen this can change how the colors look. Our products are printed in CMYK which is not as vibrant as RBG. We always do our best to have our product images optimized to show as closely as possible to what you will recieve in terms of color. It's important to note that there may be some slight color differences.
