- Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
- Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Refunds for errors on our part will always be issued to the original payment method.
- Please contact us before returning any item. Photos are typically required to assist you.
- Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, size exchanges, or cancellations for ordering the wrong size or changing your mind. Please review sizing charts before ordering.
